What network diagnostics is
Network diagnostics is a full technical audit of an ISP's infrastructure. It covers routing (BGP/OSPF/MPLS), CGNAT, OLT, authentication (PPPoE/RADIUS), monitoring, backup, firewall, DNS, and external dependencies (IX, peering, IP transit). The result is a direct report: what is broken, what is about to break, what to fix now, and what to purchase or contract.

- Current topology mapped — layer 1 through layer 7 — and divergences from documented design.
- BGP session analysis — prefix filters, RPKI, max-prefix per session, leaks.
- CGNAT audit — log coverage, Marco Civil compliance, pool sizing.
- OLT/GPON health — offline ONUs, tx/rx out of range, undersized splitters.
- PPPoE concentrator/B-RAS — peak sessions, drops, retransmissions, RADIUS integration.
- Existing monitoring — evaluation of what is missing to detect incidents before customers do.

Equipment we work with
Mikrotik, Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Datacom, ZTE, FiberHome, Intelbras, Ubiquiti — any vendor; we read the manual if it is new to us.
When it makes sense to talk to us
You inherited a poorly documented network; you want a second opinion before expanding capacity; you are switching ISP management systems (MK-Auth, IXC, SGP, Voalle, etc.); customers are complaining about instability without an obvious cause; preparing a PoP expansion or edge migration.

How does working with you start?
We work on a monthly plan — we don't take on standalone projects or sell diagnostics by the hour. The first conversation is free: we get on a call, you share an AnyDesk session and walk me through the network live while I'm already giving first-pass feedback on what I see. If it makes sense for both sides, we close the monthly plan and continue from there.
Do you need full access to the network?
Yes, full admin access from the start — read and write. We cannot do a real diagnostics with partial access. Everything goes through our VPN, with session logging and credential segregation.
How long does the diagnostics take?
It depends on the agreed scope. A focused review (BGP + CGNAT, for example) typically takes a few days; a full multi-PoP audit, a few weeks. Critical findings are delivered before the final report as we discover them.
Do you benchmark against competitors or just evaluate what exists?
We evaluate what exists and give precise recommendations (brand, model, price range) on what to replace or purchase. We are not a reseller — we receive no commission from any vendor.
