The company
RASYS (legal name: Rasys Advanced Systems · Brazilian CNPJ 37.178.108/0001-89) was founded in May 2020 in Porto Alegre, Brazil, focused on network management for Internet Service Providers (ISPs). We serve providers across all of Brazil 100% remotely, with 24/7 on-call and response times below 30 seconds in 95% of cases.

Areas of expertise: BGP (eBGP, iBGP, RPKI, IX.br and private peering), OSPF, MPLS, CGNAT compliant with Brazilian Marco Civil, IPv6 dual-stack, OLT/GPON (Huawei, FiberHome, ZTE, Datacom), Zabbix and LibreNMS tailored for ISPs, MikroTik RouterOS at core and edge, network automation and documentation.

Technical team
RASYS operations are covered by specialists in ISP networks. The 24/7 on-call runs in two shifts: direct human contact during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6:30pm BRT, Sat 8am-12pm) and a paged on-call engineer via bot outside those hours.
