Does RASYS work with ISPs of any size?

We work with ISPs starting from 1,000 subscribers.

Is 24/7 support handled by a human or a bot?

On-call runs 24 hours, every day. During business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm BRT, Saturday 8am-12pm) you talk directly to a specialist on duty. Outside those hours, just ping the group: our system pages the on-call engineer immediately.

How fast does RASYS respond to an emergency?

Response starts within 30 seconds in 95% of cases — and always within 5 minutes.

What equipment vendors do you work with?

We work with the main industry vendors: Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, Datacom, ZTE, FiberHome, Intelbras, Ubiquiti, among others. We're not limited to these: if a new piece of equipment shows up, we read the manual and figure it out. Underneath, it's all similar.

Do you serve clients outside Porto Alegre?

Yes. We serve ISPs across all of Brazil, 100% remote.

How does pricing work: hourly, monthly, project-based?

Billing is monthly, calculated as a multiple of the ISP's active subscriber count. It usually costs slightly more than hourly billing — but it's better for the ISP: our focus is on solving problems, not tracking hours. And when the ISP loses a subscriber, we feel it too — aligned incentives.

Do you have an SLA contract?

We don't work with formal SLAs. In practice, our first-response time (30 seconds in 95% of cases, always within 5 minutes) tends to beat any market SLA contract.
